I have ordered 5 glitter light surrounds. I am very disappointed with them. They look like masking tape stuck around light switch. They is no glitter in them. I am very disappointed with the quality considering the money i paid for them

It sounds like you may not have removed the application tape, the application tape is very dull and would make it look like clear masking tape,.

In side the pack there should have been a leaflet with a fitting instruction video, ill try and send you the link on here.

Once you've peeled back the application tape you'll see the glittery effect much more prominently,

I have took them off now and put them in the bin. Also they pulled a bit of paint off so will have to touch up. 

Total waste of money and very disappointed

Sorry to hear that. We get such positive comments on these usually.

We do have another option of vinyl called Gem Stone which is extremely sparkly if that would be more along the lines of what you were looking for.

It's quite rough to the touch, almost like it's glitter flakes stuck to the vinyl. We don't use it for the light switch's due to it rough feel but it may be what your looking for?

I'm afraid we only offer refunds for returned items as no longer required.  

The items are exactly as described. As you have said you have thrown them away so I can't issue a refund if there's no item to return. 

I am happy to try and help out with an alternative product.  But I can't refund an item which you no longer have to return.

The picture I saw on eBay was very glittery but the item I received wasn’t. If you can send me replacement that are like the picture showed then I would be happy

Everyone's screen can show different contrasting images. That all depends on your own phone/computer screen settings.

The glitter is exactly as shown in a bright room in daylight. The images are of the actual vinyl we use photographed samples stuck to a wall. Then the shape of the stickers are overlaid. One of the main reasons we offer samples on the advert is so you can check the shade and vinyl suitability prior to purchasing bulk items. If you had messaged upon receipt of the item and told me it wasn't what you were looking for I'd have happily supplied a returns label and refunded you once they had arrived back with us. I think communication is key. My offer to make some bespoke stickers for you stands and I'd happily send you a free sample of the gem materials for you to check. But afraid I will not be able to offer a refund for the items you have destroyed/disposed of.

It doesn’t matter. I have already wasted £14.95 so not prepared to spend anymore money. The reason I didn’t ask for refund when package arrived was as it stated no returns.
